The Wyndcliff Homeowner Association is responsible for the maintenance of the community pool.  The pool normally opens mid-May and closes mid-September depending on the weather. There is no lifeguard on duty at the pool during the swimming season.  In order to reduce insurance costs and risks of personal injury, each individual must follow the pool rules, exercise common sense and good judgment while using the community pool.

Summer 2020:  The locks have all been changed.  You will not receive a new key and are not permitted to access the pool or tennis courts unless you have provided a signed copy of the AMENITY USE AGREEMENT AND RELEASE.



If you have not yet received your key, please setup a time with the HOA Treasurer (treasurer@wyndcliffhoa.com) to get a key.

You had or exhibited symptoms of COVID-19 or other flu-like symptoms, or 
You have been exposed to a person that has or is suspected to have COVID-19 within the past 14 days.
 
2. All users must comply with all Association rules for use of this pool and pool venue, as well as federal, state and local guidelines and requirements. 
3. The pool venue rules in their entirety can be found here at www.wyndcliffhoa.com
4. Only homeowners and immediate family members who have signed the Amenity Use Agreement and Release are allowed in the pool area. Users who are not members of the same household must remain 6 feet apart at all times at the pool and amenity venue, including while in the pool.
5. The Association will be implementing certain limited cleaning and sanitation measures in the pool venue.  However, the Association does not warrant, represent, or guarantee that the pool venue is safe to use.  All users are responsible for ensuring their and their family members’ own safety and practicing appropriate health safety measures, including but not limited to those recommended by the CDC and the Georgia Department of Health. 
6. COVID-19 is a challenging disease, and it may be spread in ways that are not yet known and despite distancing, cleaning and sanitation measures.
7. Wash your hands thoroughly and/or use a hand sanitizer before and after using the pool and frequently while in the pool venue.
8. Only swimmers are allowed in the pool venue – no social gatherings. 
9. Swimmers are encouraged to bring/use/touch only their own individual and personal pool equipment/toys/floatation devices.
10. A parent/guardian should accompany any children under the age of 16 to the pool.
11. Upon completion of a swimmer’s use of the pool, such swimmer shall leave the pool area.
12. The Association is not responsible for any illnesses contracted due to use of the pool or the pool venue. 
13. These are additions to the prior Rules and are effective until further notice.

POOL RULES

 

  1. Parents/Guardians must insure that infants/children using the pool do not have a diarrheal illness.

  2. All infants/children not toilet trained and incontinent individuals must wear swim diapers and plastic swim pants.

  3. NO GLASS, sharp objects or hazardous materials allowed.

  4. NO ANIMALS other than service animals allowed. NO emotional support animals allowed.

  5. Shower and rinse thoroughly before entering the pool.

  6. NO FOOD or DRINK allowed WITHIN FIVE FEET (5’) OF POOL.

  7. CHILDREN UNDER 16 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT.

  8. Bathers with open wounds, skin conditions, or any communicable condition not allowed.

  9. NO SOLO BATHING.

  10. Bathers shall wear bathing attire.

  11. No spitting, spouting or blowing nose.

  12. No running or rough play allowed.

  13. Maximum bather load 25 persons.

These posted rules of safety and conduct are strictly enforced by the homeowners association.  In addition, swimming alone is not recommended.

If you notice any unlawful behavior such as underage drinking or vandalism or trespassing call the police!
